What should I send for a quote?
Tell us the service, property postcode, rooms or items involved, access details and preferred timing. Photos can be useful for clearance and deep-clean enquiries.
Can you remove only selected items?
Yes, request a partial clearance and identify the items to take and those to leave untouched.
Do you handle probate and bereavement clearances?
These are listed as separate enquiry types so you can explain the property and any items the family or executor wants to retain.
Can cleaning happen after clearance?
Ask about Clear & Clean. We can discuss both stages and confirm the separate tasks in the quote.
Are all materials accepted?
No. Hazardous materials, chemicals, fuel and specialist waste must be disclosed before a quote. We will confirm what can be included.
